Design Director Jessica Conquest was initially drawn to 2D design, first working in print production for a marketing agency in Chicago. With a degree in architecture from Miami University, it was only natural that her interests should begin to take dimension, so she started to explore the world of motion graphics and video editing. She hired Banner to work on a client video and the rest is history. It was love at first sight. 

Jessica’s passion lies in visual solutions, especially typography and design composition. When something is off, she knows how to fix it. She fundamentally believes that everything can and should be thoughtfully designed. Outside of work, Jessica spends most of her time with her husband trying to keep her two little children alive. You’ll also find her training for her next marathon, trying to snuggle her cat and drinking too much coffee.
